Shipping Policy

At Myanmar Grocery Online, we use the most reliable and fastest way for our customer to receive their goods. All orders will be shipped by either your nominated freight company or utilising our reliable and competitive freight provider. We do ship and have customers all across Australia.

Shipping Costs

All of our quoted prices are based on the exclusion of shipping costs, however pre-orders and orders over $10,000 AUD will be free of charge for shipping.

Payment Terms

All payments to us are strictly based on before the order is shipped unless approved pre-agreement on the payment terms.

Lead Time for all Orders

Our lead time for regular products providing stock is available for new customers will take 1 week for order processing time.

Delivery Time

Shipping time is based on interstate freight schedule. For all Sydney orders it is based on same day delivery.

E-mail Communications:

We will send you emails to inform you of the progress of your order. We occasionally send newsletters to our customers. If you do not want to receive our newsletters, please adjust your account to reflect this by selecting unsubscribed in the newsletters menu.

Backorders

We strive to have all items in stock. However, If for any reason we are out of stock for your ordered items then we will notify you within 2 business days and we will make available with next container.

Pricing Policy

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). For special orders you must agree the price before we can place in the next available container. A 10% deposit is required for all special orders.

Return Policy

All our products are grocery products therefore WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
